Vexillological description
It is a field —the cloth of the flag —with a 2:3 ratio divided into four parts. On the flagpole side (the pole), the upper half is white and carries the castle, and the lower one is sea blue; on the fly side (the free edge), the upper one is red and the lower one yellow.
- Division
- two cuts, one vertical and one horizontal, form four fields; the two on the flagpole side are square and a double wave passes between them.
- Castle
- black, on the white field, with a height of a third of the field.
- Wave
- a line with two waves separates the white field from the blue.
