En campo de sinople (verde), águila real coronada, tendidas las alas pintadas de sable (negro), sinople y gules (rojo), posando las garras sobre dos ruedas de carro, de oro (amarillo), con ocho rayos rojos cada una y, en el jefe, dos flores de lis doradas. Bordura de gules con ocho aspas de oro y, por divisa, «Muy leal y fiel».
